Dog training question. Is there really a class to train a dog to stay within boundaries?

Ok my friend has a german shepherd who will not stay in here fenced property, even though its large enough for 3 large dogs this german sheperd seesm to prefer to jump the fence due to owner anxiety cause she has only had this dog for a month and a half and the previous owners had a wooden fence and sheltered the dog in the back yard and inside, so the dog doesnt know what a car is.
Well my friend bought a 6ft fenced in kennel for the dog since her regular fenced in area is 4ft or basic size fence, and the dog made 6 holes in the gate, but she was not left in there for hours this dog put in a few wholes within a 25 minute period while my friend had someone fixing her AC system in the house. The first two weeks she did fine outside as long as my friend had her back door open so the dog could go in and out, but one day my friend had to run to the store and took longer then she expected, got back home and the dog was gone, thanks to tags on her collar and some good people the dog was returned to her. She now has had the dog micro chipped.
Her german sheperd is worth alot more then what she bought her for, but the previous owners had a wooden fenced in area, and my friends father who owns the house she lives in will not allow her to put in a new fence for a stubborn dog as he says. He told her to just get rid of her but she refuses she is determined to keep her.
She asked me to find info on electric fences for dogs and the advise that was given was honest but disappointing on results.
-Someone said the dog can be trained but this dog has gone through obedience class and knows leave it, but no matter how much you yell leave it at the fence she will jump it, even if the back door is open now due to her freaking out.
–Now this dog is mostly inside the house and supervised when outside, but even when supervised she will hit a corner of the house and by the time my friend gets there the dogs behind is already going over the fence and my friend has to run her down in the neighborhood till the dog is worn out. Also this dog is walked/ran twice a day and if not twice at least once and still i think she misses her previous owner who moved overseas to live with there son and could not take the dog with them.

My Question is: What class is there to train a dog to stay within boundaries and not to hop a fence. What would it be called cause all the training info i looked up for her online within our area is only obedience training and it lists what is taught and she knows all that. So what is it called and what would she be looking to see listed to be trained to this stubborn animal.

I have a 2 1/2 y/o male lab that needs basic training and mainly for his aggression to strangers. He is so high energy and cant seem to sit still unless he has a muzzle on. Can anyone suggest a good affordable training facility for my dog?

My SD is a Australian Shepherd and we moved a month ago and about three weeks ago he got skiddish of everything cars my electric
wheel chair carts in store and people we moved for a house to a apartment and he barks at every noise out in the hallway and he is only aloud here because he is a SD My landlord is going to be kicking us out if he don’t stop barking. He was never like this before what do i do

Petsafe dog training collar?

Should I use a the Petsafe electrical training collar on my six month old lab? The vet said to use it because of his rock eating problem and his other problems. But I don’t know if it is the right way, we’ve done everything for his rock eating and this is the last thing. So please tell me if I should use one and if it is safe.
I did consult a professional trainer, and we don’t leave him outside by himself we are always with him. We will be playing fetch and then he drops the ball and digs, gets the rock and by the time we try to open his mouth he swallows it.

Free? A fee? What are the chances of being hired? I’m honestly doing this because I cannot work at shelters since I’m under 16. What alternatives can I do, or is there a minors permit I can obtain somehow?

How do i stop my house trained dog from pooping in the house?

My sister has a 2ish year old rottie, she is house trained(shes a rescue dog thats why we don’t know her exact age) we’ve had for about 8 months. the dog has seperation anexity from my sister. we don’t really like to crate her for more than like 2 hours so one of us will stay home with the dog. Lately its been that when my sis leaves for just like 5 hours and i’m here with the dog she’ll **** in the house near the front door! Also i take her out usually once an hour just to make sure she won’t have an accident…I left her alone for 20MINS and she pooped in the house. She’s like watching an infant. does anybody have any thoughts thanks
the dog is crate trained, i just dont like leaving her in it for long periods of time. she only does it when her mommy isnt here. and no we are not getting rid of her b/c shes a rescue dog she doesn’t need to bounce from home to home because she makes a handful of mistakes.

Dog training meathods?

I have a 6 month black lab puppy, and he has recently found that he can jump up high enough on the counter to grab down food. He has managed to turn on the hob doing this, therefore setting a chopping board on fire! However last night he pulled down some butter, and my dad got VERY annoyed, it was the widest i’d seen his eyes go. He is very traditional about dog training with choke chains (which he got for our old dog, and granted it did work, but we wont let him with the pup), kicking the pup and as i found out last night rubbing the dogs nose in butter. I shouted slightly, as we have watched and read hundreds of things that have said that it doesn’t work.
So the general question is what ideas do you guys have on training techniques. I don’t think its necessary (note the shouting) and my parents are being very hypocritical about it. But what IS the best way?
