In Los Angeles, is it illegal for a 14-year-old to have dog training services?

Free? A fee? What are the chances of being hired? I’m honestly doing this because I cannot work at shelters since I’m under 16. What alternatives can I do, or is there a minors permit I can obtain somehow?

    check your local police department. if you can’t work because you’re underage chances are you can’t charge for your service.
